If you share your name, email, phone, where you are based, how much you want to raise, what an SPV would invest in, how many investors you expect, when you want to set it up, or whether you expect dividends or more than one investment, we keep whatever you provided. We use chat to reply, to see which pages lead to questions, and to decide internally who to follow up with about a possible SPV setup. We do not record keystrokes, passwords, or text you enter in other forms.

• OpenAI— chat replies. Messages you send in the on-site chat are sent to OpenAI so it can answer.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SPV Flow, our users, or others.
